Local suppliers

We care about the provenance of every ingredient and wherever possible our produce is sourced from immediately local farms and growers. This helps us to create a menu based around the freshest seasonal produce available. Our fresh fish travels 2 miles from Beer, meat from our butcher 9 miles away, fruit and veg makes the 2 mile trip from Seaton and cheese pops across the border from Somerset.
